13 Months Old

Jacob turned 13 months old on 11-19. He has completely stopped breastfeeding as of that week and is drinking whole milk every day. We had to start him with half whole milk and half chocolate milk and we are almost to the point now where we don't have to put any chocolate milk in it anymore. He's doing great, growing and really showing his personality. I'm not sure how much he weighs but it's probably 22 pounds. He is now in size 4 diapers too. He is eating a lot of new things and I have no problem getting him to try new foods. He does still use a pacifier. We call it the "paci". He uses it whenever he's in his car seat and when he sleeps at night. One thing we love about Jacob is he is so easy to lay down to go to bed. Sometimes when you walk into his room and stand in front of his crib, he will leep almost out of your arms to get into bed and once he's laying down, he grabs the paci and he's out. It's that easy. No crying.
He is so funny, too. He has got some rhythm, that's for sure. Today, Michelle, his aunt, was using a salad shooter to shred some cheese and Jacob starting swaying side to side like he was dancing to the noise it made. Then she started to vacuum a rug and he did it again. He just loves to dance.
