Jacob Comes Home

Jacob is doing really great. We came home from the hospital on Wednesday afternoon. We set up the house for the little guy so there's always a changing table and a place for the little guy to lay down pretty close to wherever we are in the house. He is eating really well and is still a little confused about what he wants to do and what schedule he wants to be on, but we are getting through it. =) We are happy he's here and are learning a lot from him. Jacob is sleeping great when he does sleep and is a really easy going, happy baby so far. Overall, it's been pretty easy taking care of him.

We had a follow-up appointment at the pediatrician's office today. They weighed him and he's gained an ounce from the time we left the hospital. He now weighs 6 lbs., 5 oz. I'm posting just some pictures of him coming home and some faces he's made for us.
