Shaun and I spent last weekend in Las Vegas with family. We went to Lake Mead on Saturday and saw the new bridge being built over Hoover Dam. We went early and were able to beat the heat for the most part. It was a gorgeous day out.
Also, we went to our friend's daughter's birthday party and celebrated Leila's first birthday with Lizz and Bryce. Leila has grown so fast over the last year. I'm sure we will be in the same state next year...thinking how fast time flies.
I'm 31 weeks and the baby is a little larger than 3 lbs and about the size of four oranges. He has been keeping me up at night with all this twists, somersaults and kicks. I can only think my body is preparing me for the lack of sleep to come. I have my 32 week doctor's appointment tomorrow, and then they will be every two weeks after that. Check out my humongous belly!
