We found many things to do to keep busy while Shaun was gone. We played outside almost every day, went for walks, starting going to the library once a week to get at least a dozen books each time, and used our membership at Thanksgiving point quite a bit too. We would go to the farm to see the cows and horses mostly, then go to the deli for a little ice cream, or tour the children's gardens. Here are some pictures from our time without Daddy. =(
Zucchini and tomatoes from the garden
Jacob about to eat a tomato - notice the no pants, yeah, he just had an accident
An update on the scar on his head. It's healing nicely.
Talking to Daddy on my phone
The boys playing together
He was so fascinated with my pink polish that I decided to paint his toenails in a clear polish. He loved it. =)
Hiding from me
Brentley Bear-Crawling at the Farm themed Splash pad in Riverton, UT
A fun activity we found - sorting beads by color
LOL - the boys playing Elephant vs. Tiger. Fun to watch.
Playing drums with pots and pans. Totally all Jacob's idea.
Jacob says "santa!" to the bubbles when he put bubbles on his head. BTW- the water is dyed yellow not peed in. LOL
Playing in the water outside during Brentley's nap one day
Enjoying a cookie for being so good at using the potty
Checking out the fishes at the Children's Gardens
