Jacob had a good six month check-up at the Pediatrician's office. He is in the 75th percentile for his height, in the 45th percentile for his weight, and in the 15th percentile for head size...apparently a lot of children have large round heads at his age. =)He weighed 16 pounds and 13 ounces. Almost up to 17 lbs. He is doing great and very alert and playful now. We have a lot of fun during the day tickling him, playing with him, reading books to him, and talking to him. As you can see by the previous video, he has been watching us and has learns to shake his head NO, and we are still working on the YES head nod.
He is still just eating carrots, sweet potatoes, bananas and apples. I am mostly breastfeeding him though since the Dr. said that is all he really needs. He said food at this age isn't for nutrition, but rather to help his development. So, I count the days when I can wean him off and get him eating real food.

He recently found his bottom lip and sucks on it

Chilling watching some Baby Einstein

Dad, please don't tickle my toes...

Thanks for cleaning my feet, Charlee
